Q: ARE THE ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

A: Every garment is different, but they are designed to be true to size. We recommend buying your normal size as most of the pieces are flowy and easy-going. On the details section of each piece you will find the information about the model’s measurements and the size she is wearing for reference. 

 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: ZC is a local, small business. Zoraida is 100% in charge of the design, cut, and manufacturing process of each garment. With that in mind, her goal is to have the items ready for shipping within 5-7 days at most from the date the order was placed.

 

Q: WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC ARE THE GARMENTS MADE OF?

A: Every garment is made of the same type of fabric: a jersey-knit. It is a very comfortable fabric - thin enough for the Caribbean weather, but not see through at all. It is a fabric that it is flattering on every body type. 

 

Q: IS THERE A PHYSICAL LOCATION I CAN TRY THE ITEM ON BEFORE PURCHASING IT?

A: Zoraida Collazo has her own atelier located in Miramar, Puerto Rico. However, ZC operates on a made to order basis, meaning she does not have much inventory on hand. Therefore, we recommend reaching out directly to her at 787.550.1283 to schedule an appointment. 

 

Q: CAN I SHOP ZC AT BOUTIQUES?

A: Yes! ZC is a wholesaler as well and some of her garments can be found in local boutiques like Plum, Bliss, Foggia, Looks, Le Menina, Tangerine, Mariele, Mango Tree, and Blush. 

 

Q: IS SHIPPING FREE?

A: We offer free shipping on PR and USA orders over $75 USD.
